It is our policy to accept merchandise returns within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund if it is:
- New and unused
- All diamonds certificates/appraisals are present at the time of return.
- Timepieces must have their original packaging and boxes.
- Has not been sized, adjusted or altered in any way.
The following products may NOT be returned:
- Special or Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange
- Custom engraved jewelry
- Merchandise that has been used
- Gift Cards
- Special sale / clearance jewelry
How the Exchange / Return will be processed:
With a receipt: Even exchange or receive a full refund on the original method of payment. Cash purchases over $100 will be returned in the form of a check and may take up to three days to process.
With a gift receipt: Even exchange or refund at the gift receipt price in the form of Mucklow’s in-store credit.
Without a receipt or gift receipt: Even exchange or refund at the current price in the form of Mucklow’s in-store credit provided the purchase can be validated as being purchased at our store.
Here are the basic steps if you need to ship a return/exchange:
- Please call us at 770-486-3400 to notify us that you are shipping the item and for additional assistance.
- Pack the item safely and securely. Items that are returned damaged will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
- Enclose the original or a copy of the sales receipt.
- If you do not have your original sales receipt, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the following address:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our location.
- Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase or as in-store credit.
