We’re excited to once again partner with the Fayette C.A.R.E. Clinic to provide beautiful jewelry for their Gala event.

Fayette C.A.R.E. Clinic opened its doors on May 1, 2006 in Fayetteville, GA. Providing only medical care, and open only one evening each week, we began serving the uninsured and working poor in the community. Since that time our organization has grown in significant ways. We’ve expanded our services, increased our hours of operation, hired more staff, developed relationships with more volunteers and community partners. As a result, we’re able to help much more of the underserved population in Fayette County.
Our staff includes skilled, licensed, health care providers who volunteer their time and talents to serve our patients. Additional volunteers from the community help at the clinic with a wide range of tasks.
Often uninsured and underserved individuals in our community delay medical care because they cannot afford to see a doctor. This puts them at risk of a health crisis due to a lack of preventive care. For those who do manage an initial doctor visit, many are unable to afford needed medications or follow-up visits to resolve their illness. By providing them access to the medical care they need, we hope to help reduce potential health crises for them now, and into the future.
Fayette C.A.R.E. Clinic partners with the following organizations to provide quality care to the underserved. We are grateful for these groups which continue to share their experience and support of the work done at the clinic:
Piedmont Fayette Hospital
Northside Hospital
OutPatient Imaging
Ankle & Foot Centers of Georgia
